1. Regarding The Authenticity Of The Contents
Any rules made available to you inside the Services must be followed.
Please write your own work on UpStride.
- Do not post work which is not yours.
- Give proper credit for others’ work.
- Do not post content (Cover photos, videos and tips) which is copyright protected or trademarked.
- Do not post any content (Cover photos, videos and tips) which is sexual in nature and might hurt any religious, social, and political communities’ sentiment.
- We do not accept plagiarized content. Inspiration is okay of course, but do not replicate.
- Do not spam. Restrain from inserting links that are inappropriate and irrelevant while adding tasks at the time of uploading tips and also in the Description section.
Your content will be removed and your account may be blocked if we find any of the above.
Please remember that UpStride is the sole authority of saying whether content is appropriate or not.
2. Regarding The Appropriateness Of The Contents
UpStride is a welcoming and inclusive platform. Please don’t post content that is:
- Not legal
- Sexual in nature
- Offensive in any way including but not limited to racist, violent, sexist, or otherwise.
- Graphic, awkward, or obscene
- Provocative in nature
We at UpStride’s always try to promote common sense. Do not make things overly complex unnecessarily.
Please remember that UpStride is the sole authority of saying whether content is appropriate or not. Your content and account could be banned if you do not follow these standards.
Also, report and contact us if you witness or suspect any conduct which goes against the clauses mentioned here in this document.
3. Guidelines For User Profiles
Profile image should include your actual face. But remember that it is not mandatory. What is mandatory is that you may not upload anything which goes against the Regarding The Appropriateness Of The Contents section of this document. That means, you cannot set up your profile which contains something that is::
- Not legal
- Sexual in nature
- Offensive in any way including but not limited to racist, violent, sexist, or otherwise.
- Graphic, awkward, or obscene
- Provocative in nature

4. One must provide actual due credit
Please give due credit to your fellow member or anyone who has inspired you in your content. This can be done by mentioning the member or mentioning the name of the creator. Please note that, without credit, a work of inspiration might be regarded as stolen property.
If the owner of work that has been posted without consent claims the authority by contacting us here with proof, we will take immediate action and the consequences can be serious.
Please mention UpStride with a link if you publish any UpStride content elsewhere. It is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
5. Regarding Feedback
If you decide to give feedback or comment to any content in UpStride, which we encourage you to do,— please be polite, and helpful. This way you will get similar feedback also. Your comment cannot contain something that is:

Please be informed that, if any situation arises, of which solution is not mentioned here already, the decision will be taken by UpStride and the solution might be added as an update later.
The community standard terms above control the relationship between UpStride and you. If you do not comply with the terms depicted above, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have like taking action in the coming days. A particular term which is not enforceable will not affect any other terms.
